How to use Eisenhower Matrix

Open Eisenhower Matrix in your browser. No signup needed.

Type a task in the New task field at the top and choose a quadrant, or add it to the Inbox to sort later.

Drag tasks between the four quadrants to reprioritize. Each quadrant also has its own quick-add input.

Check the checkbox on any task to mark it complete, then use Clear completed to remove finished work.

Click Copy outline, Download .txt, or Download .json to export. Use Print for a clean one-pager.
