  1. Open Email Signature Maker in your browser. No sign-up or installation needed.

  3. Optionally drop in a logo or headshot, add your LinkedIn, X, or Instagram URLs, and pick an accent color.
  4. Click Copy signature and paste directly into Gmail (Settings, Signature) or Outlook (New email, Signature). Your signature is ready.
