Redaction that actually destroys the data

A black rectangle drawn in a document editor or a CSS overlay can often be lifted to reveal what's underneath. Digital Heroes rewrites the actual pixels: blur and pixelate are re-sampled from the source and drawn back over the region, and black-out paints solid color, then the whole image is flattened to a new PNG. The original is never sent anywhere and the redacted areas can't be recovered from the export.
