A note on saving audio

Web Speech plays through your system’s voices locally, nothing is uploaded. The browser’s speech API only plays audio; it doesn’t expose a way to capture it to a file, so there’s no download here (we won’t fake one). If you need an audio file, use a screen/audio recorder while it plays.

About Text to Speech

Text to Speech is a free, private browser tool by Digital Heroes. Paste or type any text and your device reads it aloud using its built-in system voices. Everything runs locally: nothing is ever uploaded to a server, there is no sign-up, and no installation is required. You can pick from all voices your operating system provides, then fine-tune the reading speed, pitch, and volume in real time. A live word-by-word highlight shows exactly where the reader is in your text.
