About Time Card Calculator

Time Card Calculator is a free, private tool that runs entirely in your web browser. Enter your clock in and clock out times, plus a lunch break, for each day of the week. The calculator adds up your daily and weekly totals instantly, applies your overtime rule, rounds punches to your chosen interval, and shows your regular and overtime pay if you enter a rate. Nothing is uploaded to a server. No sign-up is required. Your data is saved locally in your browser and stays on your device.

How to use Time Card Calculator

  1. Open Time Card Calculator. It runs in your browser with no signup.
  2. Enter your clock in and clock out time for each day you worked. Add lunch out and lunch in times if you take a break.
  3. Set your overtime rule (daily over 8h, weekly over 40h, or none) and your OT multiplier.
  4. Optionally enter your hourly rate to see regular pay, OT pay, and total pay instantly.
