A recording studio and timeline editor with no servers

Recording uses your browser’s built-in Screen Capture and MediaRecorder APIs, and every preview frame is composited on an HTML canvas from hidden media elements, so recording and editing both stay on your device and nothing is ever uploaded. Export captures that exact canvas plus a Web Audio mix in real time (a 60 second timeline takes about 60 seconds) and saves a WebM file. Convert it to MP4 with the Video Trim & GIF tool. It works best in Chrome, Edge and Firefox on desktop, and Safari support is limited.

  2. Arrange and trim clips on the multi-track timeline, then add callouts, fades and picture-in-picture as needed.
  3. Right-click a video clip to Detach audio onto its own track, or to split, duplicate or delete it.
  4. Export the timeline to a WebM video, or save the current frame as a PNG. Everything stays on your device.
