Bitrate (quality) Higher = better sound but larger file. Applies to MP3 & M4A/AAC.

Copies the existing audio track out of the file without re-encoding, instant and lossless. The container is chosen automatically (usually .m4a). If the file has no separate audio track, pick MP3, WAV or M4A instead.

WAV is uncompressed 16-bit PCM, perfect quality, but larger files. Always works.
